Seminar “A leader worth following”

This two day training is going to help your leaders be people worth following and help them influence their team for better results.  Too often companies promote people into positions because they are good at their jobs (Sales, accounting, etc) but the thing they don’t necessarily know how to do is actually lead a team of people. And when leaders aren’t leaders who know what they are doing or who aren’t worth following…it often ends badly for the organization.

Day 2 is all about influence.  If leadership is influence, how do we use that influence effectively to get the most out of the team we lead? We will look at the characteristics that make a great leader that invests in the team he leads.  And we will look at the ways that leader has to change and grow as he/she moves up in the organization.  This day will give your team some tools to use right away and will give them the confidence they need to lead the people around them.
